Refund Policy

Request a full refund within 14 days of purchase or receipt, whichever is later, by emailing suporte@lgpd.rohnelt.dev with your order reference. No reason is required. Downloading does not waive this promise or your statutory rights. We confirm cancellation and refund the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your notice, without a cancellation fee. Payment-provider processing may affect when your bank displays the credit. EU/UK statutory withdrawal rights, any legally extended cancellation period, and remedies for faulty, misdescribed or undelivered digital content remain available. Mandatory rights under other applicable consumer law also remain protected. You may use this optional message (no special form required): “I cancel my purchase of the Complete Policy Pack, ordered/received on [date], order reference [reference]. Please refund my original payment method.”
